About Us

Thank You for inquiring about our Kickboxing classes in Davie. We are located at 9450 Griffin Rd. Cooper City, Fl 33328 ( Next to Luv N’ Oven). Our kickboxing class schedule is as follows:

Tues. 6:30-7:20 p.m. Men and Women

Tues. 7:35-8:30 p.m. Women Only

Wed. 7:45-8:45 p.m. Couples or Women Only

Thurs. 6:30-7:20 p.m. Men and Women

Thurs. 7:35-8:30 p.m. Women Only

Personal Training:

We are open in the morning for Personal Training Only. We are available for one on one sessions and small group sessions ranging from 2-10 people

4 sessions = $160

8 Sessions = $280

10 Sessions = $300

Sessions expired between 5-8 weeks, depending on the sessions you or your group scheduled.

Personal Training sessions includes Free access to all eveining classes. (at no additional cost)

Women’s Only Kickboxing Classes:

2 Nights a week $45 a month

3 Nights a week $65 a month

Co-ed Competitive Taekwondo and Kickboxing Training ( Tues. and Thurs. at 6:30 p.m.)

1 night a week $50 a month

2 nights a week $100 a month

About the Creator of the Class:

My name is Esteban Baez and I am the creator of Kickboxing Davie. I have been teaching cardio kickboxing in the Davie, Fort Lauderdale and Cooper City area since 1997. My drive has always been teaching self defense, helping women stay fit, and increasing self esteem and self confidence. I have seen my students transform physically and mentally. I’ve been in martial arts since childhood and have earned my fifth degree black belt. I currently still teach tae kwon do to all age groups with the same goals and motivation. I look forward to seeing you at my next class!

Each class is a 45 minute women only workout, targeting many women problem areas. Included in each session is a fun cardio toning workout. During many classes there are self-defense techniques taught. Intensity and difficulty is on a personal level although allows for growth. With each class you’ll find you will get stronger and stamina will increase. Wednesday night is a bag training class. ¬†This class offers a challenging hands on approach which will help with toning and strengthening your body .
